Green Waste CurbsideAny residence in Lamar County has the ability to put its yard (green) waste out to the street and the Road Department for the County will gladly pick it up in one of its trucks to be disposed of properly. Green Waste consist of tree and shrub material, leaves and pine needles, and basic wood cuttings which have no metal other material attached. The Road Department has several trucks which make rounds periodically around the county to pick up this material on the shoulder of the roadway. Lamar County does not however pick up green waste which is cut by a contractor you had complete the work for you.
